摘要
城市化和经济的不断发展使得城市陷入了规模及效率的两难境地,城市用地与经济增长两者间的矛盾越来越明显。本文以衡阳市作为研究区域,利用信息熵和灰色关联模型对衡阳市2007—2016年间建设用地结构演变特征以及建设用地结构的变化和经济发展两者之间的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明信息熵与均衡度的变化趋势一致,与优势度的变化趋势相反;衡阳市经济发展与信息熵的关联度计算结果在0.5~0.7之间。分析表明,影响建设用地结构变化的最重要因素是全市常住人口以及第三产业占比。
The continuous development of urbanization and economy has caused cities to fall into a dilemma of scale and efficiency,the contradiction between urban land use and economic growth is becoming more and more obvious.This paper takes Hengyang as a research area,and uses the information entropy model and the grey correlation model to study the evolution characteristics of construction land structure and the relationship between the changes in construction land structure and economic development in 2007—2016.The research shows that the change trend of information entropy is consistent with the equilibrium degree,which is contrary to the change trend of the advantage degree;the calculation result of the correlation between Hengyang’s economic development and information entropy is between 0.5~0.7.The analysis shows that the most important factors affecting the changes in construction land structure are the city’s permanent population and the proportion of tertiary industry.
