摘要
目的:评价新型超分子水杨酸应用于轻中度痤疮患者的临床治疗效果。方法:纳入100例在本院接受治疗的轻中度痤疮患者,按照动态随机化法将其分为两组,对照组(50例)给予果酸治疗,观察组(50例)给予超分子水杨酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后的脓疱、结节、丘疹、粉刺个数均低于对照组(P值均<0.01)。观察组治疗有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(X^2=12.50,P<0.05);不良反应发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(22.00%),差异亦有统计学意义(X^2=7.17,P<0.05)。结论:新型超分子水杨酸治疗轻中度痤疮患者,能有效降低患者皮损计数,提高有效率,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of a novel supermolecular salicylic acid for mild to moderate acne.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acne at our clinic were divided into two groups according to dynamic randomization method.The control group(50 cases)was treated with alpha-hydroxy acids,while the treatment group(50 cases)was given supermolecular salicylic acid.Therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The number of pustules,nodules,pimples,and acne was fewer in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01 for all).The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(90.00%vs.70.00%,x^2=12.50,P<0.05).In contrast,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(4.00%vs.22.00%,x^2=7.17,P<0.05).Conclusions:This novel supermolecular salicylic acid can effectively reduce the number of skin lesions and improve efficacy,with lower incidence of adverse reactions in patients with mild to moderate acne.It is worthy of clinical trial.
