摘要 为了有效治理老虎台矿进入深部开采后日趋严重的冲击地压灾害,保证矿井安全生产。抚顺矿业集团有限责任公司和老虎台矿分析总结抚顺矿区冲击地压显现特点和规律,联合科研机构引进先进冲击地压监测预警系统,探索区域和局部综合防治冲击地压技术措施,研发巷道防冲液压支架和个体防护装备,逐渐形成了"预测预报、监测预警、防范治理、效果检验、安全防护、教育培训、技资保障、应急救援""八位一体"综合防治冲击地压措施,在多个采掘工作面实施并取得显著效果。在长期的冲击地压防治工作中,总结出"冲击地压可防可控"思想理念,建立冲击地压防治组织建设管理模式,加大防冲安全投入提升装备水平基础保障,抓住设计源头优先采取区域综合防冲措施等经验。 In order to effectively control the increasingly serious rock burst disaster in Laohutai Coal Mine with the mining depth increase and ensure mine safety production of Fushun Mining Group.Laohutai Coal Mine found an effectively comprehensive prevention measures.Based on analyzing and summing up the characteristic and law showed in Fushun Mining Area,cooperating with scientific research institutions to introduce the advanced rock burst monitoring and early warning system,exploring the regional and local comprehensive technical measures for the prevention and control of rock burst,and developing roadway hydraulic support and individual protective equipment for the prevention of rock burst,the mine gradually formed a comprehensive"eight to one"integrated measures against the rock burst protection and treatment,namely the prediction and forecasting,the monitoring and early warning,the prevention and control,the testing results,safety protection,safety education and training,investment safety and emergency rescue.From the long-term valuable experiences of rock burst prevention and control,the paper summarizes the idea that rock burst disaster can be prevented and controlled,establishes the management mode of organization construction of rock burst prevention and control,increases the safety investment and improves the basic guarantee of equipment level,and gives priority to regional comprehensive measures based on the design source.
