肿瘤局部的缺氧微环境与前列腺癌转移

摘要 前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)在欧美地区的发病率占男性恶性肿瘤首位,在我国其发病率呈上升趋势,且发病年龄日趋年轻化。PCa快速生长,形成肿瘤局部的缺氧微环境,缺氧可以通过多种分子及信号通路来促进PCa的发生发展,包括缺氧诱导因子1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)信号通路、上皮与间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchyme transformation,EMT)、调节新生血管的形成及外泌体分泌等。本文就缺氧微环境对促进PCa转移侵袭的机制及其研究进展进行综述,以期对前列腺癌细胞迁移侵袭的预防和治疗提供新的思路。 Prostate cancer(PCa)has been the first male malignant tumor in Europe and U.S.The incidence of prostate cancer is also on the rise,and the age of onset is getting younger and younger in China.Local microenvironment hypoxia occurs due to the rapid growth of PCa.Hypoxia can promote the occurrence and development of PCa through a variety of molecular and signal pathways,including hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signal pathway,epithelial mesenchymal transformation(EMT),regulating neovascularization and exosome secretion.This paper reviews the mechanism and research progress of hypoxia microenvironment in promoting PCa metastasis and invasion to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of PCa migration and invasion.
