摘要
为了提高变压器的运行可靠性,有必要分析有载分接开关缺陷原因,并提出管控措施。简述了变压器有载分接开关基本原理,通过对629台次有载分接开关运行缺陷统计数据进行分析,给出了有载分接开关主要缺陷类型及缺陷部位。最后,对3起有载分接开关典型缺陷的主要原因进行了分析,提出了有载分接开关的运维建议。
In order to improve the operational reliability of transformers,it is necessary to analyze the causes of the defects of the on-load tap-changer and propose control measures.The basic principle of the transformer on-load tap-changer is briefly described.Main defect types and locations of the on-load tap-changer are given by the analysis of the statistical data of 629 operation defects of on-load tap-changers.Finally,the main causes of three typical defects of on-load tap-changers are analyzed and suggestions on the operation&maintenance of on-load tap-changers are proposed.
