摘要
目的探讨手术室护理配合对胆囊切除术患者护理效果的影响。方法在2018年1月—2019年12月期间,以整群随机抽样法选取胆囊切除术患者100例作研究对象,并按摸球法分组:对照组(n=50)采取常规手术室护理,研究组(n=50)采取手术室护理配合干预,比较两组患者护理满意度以及手术指标差异。结果研究组手术时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,且护理满意度高于对照组,组间数据比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论手术室护理配合对胆囊切除术有一定辅助作用,可缩短手术时间、突出“微创”优势,促使手术切口早日愈合,并提高患者护理满意度,应用前景良好。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room on nursing effect of patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 100 patients with cholecystectomy were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the ball touch method:the control group(n=50)received routine operation room nursing,and the study group(n=50)received operation room nursing combined with intervention,which was more satisfactory than the two groups.Results The operation time and incision healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two g roups(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing cooperation in the operating room has a certain auxiliary effect on cholecystectomy,which can shorten the operation time,highlight the advantages of“minimally invasive”,promote the early healing of the surgical incision,and improve the patients’nursing satisfaction.The application prospect is good.
