摘要
阐述炼铁高炉喷煤系统的流程、意义及其主要组成部分制粉、喷吹两个控制系统的操作过程,通过对阀门的自动化控制来保持煤粉罐内压力的恒定,达到喷吹的效果。结合制粉和喷吹控制系统的启动顺序、PLC程序自动控制及画面监控软件,分析炼铁高炉喷煤系统中自动化控制的阀门选用及安装等问题,使喷煤系统操作实现全面自动化,提高工作效率,降低操作失误率,确保炼铁高炉喷煤系统运行的连续性和高效性,提高炼铁企业的竞争力。
The process,significance and operation process of the coal injection system of the blast furnace were described,which was mainly composed of two control systems of pulverizing and blowing.Through the automatic control of the valve,the pressure in the pulverized coal tank could be kept constant,so as to achieve the effect of blowing.Combined with the start sequence of the pulverizing and injection control system,PLC program automatic control and picture monitoring software,the selection and installation of automatic control valves in the blast furnace coal injection system were analyzed,so that the operation of the coal injection system was fully automated,the work efficiency was improved,the operation error rate was reduced,and the continuity and efficiency of the blast furnace coal injection system were ensured,and the competitiveness of ironmaking enterprises was improved.
