摘要
油库作为存储石油的主要场所,在使用过程中会出现不同程度的老化,存在一定的安全隐患,这就需要定期对油库进行技术改造以满足实际要求。油库技改施工是一项复杂的系统工程,且施工过程中危险作业频繁、作业环境复杂,因此如何对油库技改项目施工现场进行有效的安全管理成为石油仓储行业的重要课题。文章从施工前准备、施工过程两个阶段对安全管理展开讨论,并从不同方面将不确定安全因素进行分解,最后结合油库技改工作经验提出建议。
As the main place to store oil,the oil depot will inevitably be aging in different degrees in the process of use,and there is a potential safety hazard,which request regularly carry out technical transformation of the oil depot to meet the actual requirements.Oil depot technical transformation construction is a complex system engineering,and the dangerous operation is frequent,and the working environment is complex.Therefore,how to carry out effective safety management on the construction site of the oil depot technical transformation project has become an important topic in the oil storage industry.This paper discusses the safety management from two stages of preparation and construction process,and further decomposes the uncertain safety factors from different aspects,then finally puts forward some suggestions based on own work experience hoping to contribute to the safety management of oil depot technical transformation construction site.
