摘要
【目的】旨在研究饲粮中添加杨树来源多酚和低聚木糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫及抗氧化功能、血常规和血清生化指标的影响。【方法】选择72头40日龄体质量相近的“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各半)。抗生素对照组饲喂含75 mg/kg的喹烯酮和10 mg/kg恩拉霉素的基础饲粮,多酚组饲喂含0.05%杨树多酚的基础饲粮,低聚木糖组饲喂含0.01%杨树来源低聚木糖的基础饲粮,试验期30 d。【结果】试验表明:1)多酚组末体质量、平均日采食量、平均日增重和料肉比与抗生素对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),低聚木糖组平均日采食量与抗生素对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),末体质量和平均日增重显著低于抗生素对照组、料肉比显著高于抗生素对照组(P<0.05);2)与抗生素对照组相比,多酚组血清IgG和IgA含量分别提高了1.4%(P>0.05)和14.2%(P<0.05),低聚木糖组血清IgG和IgA含量分别提高了8.4%(P<0.05)和11.3%(P>0.05);3)除多酚组平均血红蛋白浓度显著高于抗生素对照组外,多酚组和低聚木糖组其他血常规指标、血液生化和抗氧化性能各项指标与抗生素对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】综上所述,饲粮中添加0.05%杨树多酚对断奶仔猪生长性能的作用效果与抗生素效果相当,而添加0.01%低聚木糖效果比抗生素效果略低,但两者在提高断奶仔猪免疫功能方面具有一定的优势。
[Objective]This experiment was conducted to study the effects of polyphenols and xylooligosaccharides from poplar on the growth performance,immune function,antioxidant ability,blood routine and serum biochemical indexes in weaned piglets.[Method]A total of 7240-day-old“Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire”weaned piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate(half male and half female).The pigs in the antibiotic control group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 75 mg/kg of quinocetone and 10 mg/kg of enramycin,the pigs in the polyphenols group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%poplar polyphenols,and those in the xylooligosaccharides group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.01%xylooligosaccharides from poplar.The experiment lasted for 30 days.[Result]The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in final body weight,the average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG)and ratio of feed to gain(F/G)between the polyphenols group and antibiotic control group(P>0.05).Compared with the antibiotic control group,the final body weight and ADG in the xylooligosaccharides group decreased significantly and F/G increased(P<0.05),while ADFI didn’t change(P>0.05).2)Compared with the antibiotic control group,polyphenols supplementation increased serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and IgA contents by 1.4%(P>0.05)and 14.2%(P<0.05),and xylooligosaccharides supplementation increased IgG and IgA contents by 8.4%(P<0.05)and 11.3%(P>0.05),respectively.3)The mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in blood of the polyphenols group were significantly higher than that of the antibiotic control group(P<0.05)and there were no significant differences in other blood routine,blood biochemical and antioxidant indexes among all the groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]In conclusion,the effects of dietary poplar polyphenols on the growth performance of weaning piglets is comparable to that of antibiotics and effect o
