摘要
目的探讨饮食指导在糖尿病护理方面的实践价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月入院接受治疗的糖尿病患者120例,根据不同的护理方法,将其随机分成两组,其中对照组患者60例,施以常规护理,观察组患者60例,在常规护理的基础上,进行饮食指导,对比两组患者护理前后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)]、心理状况以及并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组FPG(7.13±2.10)mmol/L、2h FPG(9.21±2.33)mmol/L、Hb A1c(7.14±1.25)%明显低于对照组(8.44±2.53)mmol/L、(12.60±2.07)mmol/L、(8.21±1.24)%,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=3.0861、8.4252、4.7073,P <0.05);观察组SDS评分为(32.17±2.16)分、SAS评分为(33.38±2.40)分明显低于对照组的(42.33±4.90)分、(41.65±5.13)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=14.6965、11.3106,P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.67%,对照组并发症发生率为23.33%,观察组并发症发生率更低(χ2=10.8845,P <0.05);观察组护理满意度93.33%,对照组患者满意度75.00%,观察组的护理满意度更高(χ2=12.6051,P <0.05)。结论饮食指导应用于糖尿病患者的护理中,可有效降低糖尿病患者血糖水平,减少并发症,还能有效改善患者心理状况,提高满足满意度。
Objective To explore the practical value of dietary guidance in diabetes care.Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients who were admitted for treatment from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Among them,60 patients in the control group received routine care,and 60 patients in the observation group,on the basis of routine nursing,conduct dietary guidance,compare the blood glucose indicators[fasting blood glucose(FPG),two-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hFPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],psychological status and complications of the two groups before and after nursing rate,nursing satisfaction.Results FPG(7.13±2.10)mmol/L,2hFPG(9.21±2.33)mmol/L,HbA1c(7.14±1.25)%in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(8.44±2.53)mmol/L,(12.60±2.07)mmol/L,(8.21±1.24)%,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=3.0861,8.4252,4.7073,P<0.05).The SDS score of the observation group was(32.17±2.16)points and the SAS score of(33.38±2.40)points were significantly lower than those of the control group(42.33±4.90)points and(41.65±5.13)points.The diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(t=14.6965,11.3106,P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 6.67%,and the complication rate in the control group was 23.33%,and the complication rate in the observation group was lower(χ2=10.8845,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the patient satisfaction rate in the control group 75.00%,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher(χ2=12.6051,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary guidance in the nursing of diabetic patients can eff ectively reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic patients,reduce complications,and can eff ectively improve the psychological status of patients and increase satisfaction.
