摘要
目的关于围手术期优质护理干预应用在老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者当中对患者的影响的分析。方法选择64例老年急性胆囊炎患者分为观察组和对照组,均为32例。分别给予观察组和对照组患者围手术期优质护理和常规护理,对不同的护理所取得的效果进行比较。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率6.25%(2/32),对照组为31.25%(10/32),P <0.05;观察组患者缓解加压、护理依从和正性态度三个方面都明显优于对照组,P <0.05,具有统计学差异。结论对老年急性胆囊炎患者配合围手术期优质护理能有效的缓解患者的心理压力,降低不良反应对患者的影响,使患者具有更好的治疗态度,积极的配合治疗,是理想的护理措施。
Objective To analyze the impact of perioperative quality nursing interventions on elderly patients with acute calculus cholecystitis.Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were selected and divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 32 patients.The two groups of patients were intervened with high-quality perioperative nursing and conventional nursing,and the eff ects of diff erent nursing were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%(2/32),and in the control group was 31.25%(10/32),P<0.05.The eff ects of the two groups of patients after diff erent treatments were compared,from relief pressure,nursing compliance and positive from three perspectives,such as attitude,the performance of the observation group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion The clinical treatment of elderly patients with acute calculus cholecystitis can relieve patients'psychological pressure,relieve psychological pressure,improve treatment attitude and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is of great signifi cance to improve the eff ect of treatment and is worth promoting.
