摘要
目的探讨腹部及经阴道联合超声检查在卵巢肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月营口市妇产儿童医院收治的60例的卵巢肿瘤患者,所有患者均自愿接受超声检查过,回顾性分析超声检查结果,并以手术及术后病理结果为金标准,评估超声检查对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。结果 60例卵巢肿瘤患者均经超声检查且经手术及临床病理证实为卵巢肿瘤。超声检查结果显示,误诊10例,诊断符合率为83.33%(50/60)。结论超声检查对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值较高,临床可将其作为常规检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of abdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in ovarian tumors.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with ovarian tumor admitted to Maternity Children's Hospital of Yingkou were selected.All patients underwe nt ultrasound examination voluntarily,and the results were analyzed retrospectively,the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian tumor was evaluated according to the gold standard of surgical and postoperative pathology.Results All patients with ovarian tumor were diagnosed as ovarian tumor by ultrasound,surgery and clinical pathology.The results of ultrasonic examination showed that 10 cases were misdiagnosed,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 83.33%(50/60).Conclusion Ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors and can be used as a routine examination in clinic.
