摘要
目的研究耳穴贴压联合弹力带运动或药物二甲双胍对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白的影响,以观察对糖尿病的治疗作用。方法选取我院2019年5~10月在我科住院的168例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为四组。对照组采用糖尿病一线药物二甲双胍治疗;治疗组1采用耳穴埋豆疗法,治疗组2应用耳穴埋豆疗法加弹力带运动方法治疗;治疗组3采用二甲双胍联合耳穴埋豆疗法加弹力带运动治疗,每组3个疗程,每个疗程为1个月。对各组治疗效果进行比较,并统计各组治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果对照组总有效率为85.7%,治疗组1总有效率为78.6%,治疗组2总有效率为81.0%,治疗组3总有效率为92.9%。治疗前后比较,三个治疗组血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白含量均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组3空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平的降低明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病有明显的治疗效果,但有效率低于二甲双胍治疗。将耳穴埋豆疗法联合二甲双胍加弹力带运动治疗可明显提高对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with elastic belt exercise or the drug metformin on the blood glucose(BG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(GH)of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,so as to observe the curative effect on DM.Methods A total of 168 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from May to October 2019 who were hospitalized in our department were collected and randomly divided into 4 groups according to a random number table.The control group was treated with metformin,the first-line drug for DM;The treatment groupⅠwas treated with auricular beanembedding therapy,while the treatment groupⅡwas treated with auricular bean-embedding therapy plus elastic belt exercise;The treatment groupⅢwas treated with metformin combined with auricular bean-embedding therapy plus elastic belt exercise.There were 3 courses of treatment for each group and 1 month in each course of treatment.The curative effect was compared among all the groups and the changes of relevant indexes before and after treatment were counted.Results The total effective rate was 85.7%in the control group,78.6%in the treatment groupⅠ,81.0%in the treatment groupⅡ,and 92.9%in the treatment groupⅢ.When comparisons were made between before and after treatment,the BG level and GH content in the three treatment groups were all significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with that in the control group,the reduction of fasting and 2h postprandial BG and GH levels in the treatment groupⅢwas significantly better,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy has an obvious curative effect on T2DM with the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,but the effective rate is lower than that of metformin.Auricular bean-embedding therapy combined with metformin plus elastic belt exercise can obviously improve the curative effect on T2DM with the deficiency of both Qi and Yin.
