摘要
高层次人才是推动高职院校发展的核心力量。选取H省6所高职院校,围绕高层次人才引进的制度、机制、待遇、环境及效果等方面进行调查,发现H省高职院校高层次人才引进存在待遇不能满足高层次人才需求、"软"环境不利于高层次人才发展、高层次人才流失严重难以形成聚集效应等问题。进而分析其原因并提出相应对策建议:多措并举打造高层次"双师型"教师队伍,立足"内需"科学评判高层次人才缺口,设计全面薪酬满足高层次人才整体需求,外引内培并举形成高层次人才聚集效应。
High level talents are the core force to promote the development of vocational colleges.This paper selects six vocational colleges in H Province to investigate the system,mechanism,treatment,environment and effect of high-level talent introduction.It is found that the treatment of high-level talent introduction in H Province can not meet the needs of high-level talents,the"soft"environment is not conducive to the development of high-level talents,and the high-level talent drain is serious and difficult to form the aggregation effect.Then it analyzes the reasons and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:to build a high-level Dual-qualified teacher team;to scientifically judge the high-level talent gap based on the domestic demand;to design a comprehensive salary to meet the overall demand of high-level talents;to form the high-level talent aggregation effect by combining the introduction and internal training of talents.
