摘要
近年来越来越多学者开始关注鼻咽癌(NPC)内镜手术治疗。虽然目前以放疗为主的综合治疗被认为是主流的治疗方法,但是随着研究的不断深入,有学者提出内镜手术治疗NPC不仅可取得较好的疗效,同时提高患者生活质量。本文通过国内外文献回顾分析,综述了外科手术在复发性NPC以及原发性NPC患者中的开展情况以及未来治疗NPC新的趋势。
In recent years, more and more scholars have paid attention to endoscopic surgery for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Although the current comprehensive treatment based on radiotherapy is considered as the mainstream treatment method, some scholars have proposed that endoscopic surgery for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can not only achieve better outcomes, but also improve the quality of life of patients. This article retrospectively analyzed the domestic and foreign literature to summarize the development, the status of the current implementation as well as the future trend of surgical treatment for recurrent and primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
