摘要
目的 探讨如何通过合理建设人力资源完善急救系统与公交系统("急救-公交")应急联动模式.方法 采用半结构式访谈方法对急救系统和公交系统人员进行访谈,并结合文献复习,分析"急救-公交"应急联动模式人力资源的主要内容、具体需求和优化建议.结果 乘务管理员为"急救-公交"应急联动模式的主要人力资源之一,占整个公交系统人总数约31.06%.访谈提示乘务管理员每3天会拨打1次急救电话,存在接受专业培训、接收远程指导和配备专业设备的需求.整理资料后从保障、实施和推进三个层面给予优化建议.结论 乘务管理员为"急救-公交"应急联动模式的主要人力资源之一,在工作中存在明确的急救需求,应通过人力资源的保障、实施和优化,提升其急救胜任力,弥补院外急救的不足.
Objective To explore how to improve the linkage mode between first-aid system and public transportation system(Aid-Transportation)by constructing human resources reasonably.Methods Main contents,specific requirements and optimization suggestions of the human resources in Aid-Transportation linkage mode were analyzed in combination with literature review and interview the personnel of the first aid system and the public transportation system by the semi-structured interview.Results The bus attendant is one of the main human resources in Aid-Transportation linkage mode,accounting for about 31.06%of the total number of people in the public transportation system.According to the interview,there are four requirements of bus attendants:a frequency of one aid for three days,professional equipment,remote guidance and professional training.The optimization suggestions from the three aspects:guarantee,implementation and promotion,were advised base on the interview data.Conclusion Bus attendants is one of the main human resources in Aid-Transportation linkage mode,who have a clear need for first aid in work.It is necessary to improve its first aid competence and make up for the shortage of pre-hospital first aid through the guarantee,implementation and optimization of human resources.
