摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法2019年1月—2020年1月选取该院治疗的小儿肺炎患儿150例,将所选患儿按照随机抽签法分为两组,对照组75例,单独使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组75例,使用盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗。对比两组患儿经治疗后症状消失时间及治疗总有效率。结果经治疗,观察组症状消失时间比对照组短(气促减轻对比t=7.832,P<0.05;咳嗽减轻对比t=4.986,P<0.05;肺部湿啰音消失对比t=11.451,P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.000,P=0.014)。结论对小儿肺炎患儿使用盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素进行临床治疗,患儿症状可在短时间内较好地缓解,治疗效果明显,可临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods 150 children with pneumonia in children treated in the hospital were selected.The treatment period was from January 2019 to January 2020.The selected children were divided into two groups according to a random lottery method.The control group was 75 cases and received azithromycin alone treatment,75 cases in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin.The time to symptom disappearance and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of children after treatment.Results After treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(shortness of breath reduction t=7.832,P<0.05;cough reduction t=4.986,P<0.05;lung rales disappearance t=11.451,P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 84.00%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=6.000,P=0.014).Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with pneumonia using ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin can relieve the symptoms of children in a short period of time,and the treatment effect is obvious,which can be used clinically.
