摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者接受连续护理的价值、护理措施和满意度。方法将2018年1月—2019年5月100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,以单双号编号法随机分组,对照组常规护理,实验组连续护理,分析两组妊娠期糖尿病患者护理的结果。结果实验组妊娠期糖尿病患者干预后的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组低血糖、宫内窘迫、羊水过多、巨大儿、产后出血、妊娠高血压、早产、剖宫产等发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意率为98.00%,高于对照组护理总满意率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受连续护理干预,可更好对其血糖水平控制,改善其妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the value of continuous care for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,100 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into groups according to the odd and even numbering method.The control group was given routine care and the experimental group was given continuous care.The results of the care of the two groups of gestational diabetes patients were analyzed.Results The blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,and triglyceride levels of the experimental group of gestational diabetes patients after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group was hypoglycemia,intrauterine incidence of distress,polyhydramnios,huge babies,postpartum hemorrhage,pregnancy-induced hypertension,premature delivery,and cesarean section were all lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than the total nursing care satisfaction rate in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes who receive continuous nursing intervention can better control their blood glucose levels and improve their pregnancy outcome.
