基于用户视角的微软人工智能专业慕课质量评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 作为一种崭新的教学形态,慕课具有独特的知识传播与文化传承功能,已经成为广大教育工作者关注的热门话题。一直以技术创新生力军自居的微软亚洲研究院,在国内慕课平台上开设了系列人工智能专业课程,旨在通过大规模的在线平台为学习者提供更多元化的学习方式,然而课程质量仍尚未可知。为此,参照相关在线教育质量评价标准,尝试构建微软人工智能专业慕课质量评价指标体系,制作调查问卷,从用户视角对微软人工智能专业慕课的质量作出评价。结果表明,在教学内容、教学评价等方面仍有需要改进的地方。因此,可以提出相应的策略建议:第一,从建设机构层面明确对慕课应用的态度;第二,从教学者层面加强对人工智能专业慕课应用的认识;第三,从学习者层面了解慕课应用的需求。 As a new teaching form,MOOC has a unique function of knowledge dissemination and cultural inheritance so that it has become a hot topic for educators.The Microsoft Asia Research,which has been a new force of technological innovation,has set up a series of AI courses on the domestic MOOC platform,aiming to provide learners with more diversified learning methods through a large-scale online platform.However,the quality of their AI courses has not been evaluated.Therefore,referring to the relevant online education quality evaluation standards,the current study constructed a quality evaluation index system of Microsoft’s AI MOOC,designed relevant questionnaires,and evaluated the quality from the perspective of users.Results showed that there are still some areas to be improved in terms of teaching content and teaching evaluation.Corresponding strategies and suggestions were proposed,(1)establishing a clear attitude towards the use of MOOC at the MOOC construction organization level;(2)enhancing the comprehensions of the MOOC application from the perspective of teachers;(3)improving the understandings of the MOOC application from the perspective of user needs.
