摘要
针对人工编写稽查表单和报告耗时耗力、效率低的问题,研究应用自动匹配、报告自动生成等技术,基于已有系统平台,开发出营销差错自动匹配系统,实现快速智能搜索文件、自动生成稽查表单和报告,有效提升稽查人员工作效率,并加强了表单报告的规范性,全面提升稽查工作质量和营销风险精益化管理水平。
Aiming at the time-consuming and the inefficient problem of manually compiling inspection forms and reports,this paper studies the application of automatic matching,report automatic generation technologies.It develops an automatic matching system for marketing errors based on the existing system platform.It realizes the fast and intelligent file search,and automatically generates inspection forms and reports.It effectively improves the efficiency of inspector,and strengthens normalization of forms and the report.The quality of inspection work and the lean management level of marketing risk have been improved in an all-round way.
