英国中小学生国家认同教育的实践路径与启示

摘要 近年来,英国在民族认同的冲击、多元文化的影响以及青少年道德教育的隐患日益严重的情况下,尤为注重国家认同教育。英国中小学生国家认同教育的实践路径主要包含三个方面:出台关涉国家认同教育的政策与报告;将国家认同教育渗透到中小学课程中;注重学校、社区和非营利组织合力开展国家认同教育实践活动。借鉴英国中小学生国家认同教育的实践经验,我国要进一步发挥政府对推动国家认同教育的主导作用;注重通过显性课程与隐性课程相结合的方式融入国家认同教育;加强学校与社区、公益性组织的合作以开展丰富多彩的实践活动。 In recent years,in the context of the impact of ethnic identity,the influence of multiculturalism,and the increasing dangers of moral education for young people,the United Kingdom attaches great importance to national identity education.The practice approaches of national identity education for primary and secondary school students in the UK mainly include three aspects:Publishing the policies and reports on national identity education;infiltrating the national identity education into primary and secondary school curriculum;and cooperating with schools,communities and non-profit organizations to create practical opportunities for cultivating the national identity of primary and secondary students.Learning from the practical experience of the national identity education of primary and secondary school students in the UK,we should further play the leading role of the government in promoting national identity education;focus on integrating national identity education through the combination of explicit and implicit curriculum;and strengthen cooperation between schools,communities and None Government Organization to carry out a variety of practical activities.
