摘要
福建是台湾青年来大陆发展的主要聚集地之一。以在福建求学、就业和创业的台湾青年为研究对象,运用访谈法和问卷调查法,了解台湾青年对福建生活和发展环境的评价,以及对福建省惠台政策的知晓程度、关注领域、总体评价与完善建议。研究发现,当前福建省各项惠台政策成效显著,但仍然存在青年认定标准严、政策宣传不到位、政策落实进度慢、台湾青年社会融入难等问题。应放宽政策的适用范围、改进政策信息服务方式、强化政策可操作性、多渠道加强社会交流,进一步完善台湾青年支持政策,推动落实惠台措施,吸引更多台湾青年来福建发展。
Fujian is one of the main gathering places for Taiwan youth to come to the Mainland for development.Taking the youth of Taiwan who are studying,working and starting a business in Fujian as the research object,this paper uses the methods of interview and questionnaire survey to know the evaluation of Taiwan youth on the living and development environment in Fujian Province,as well as their awareness,areas of concern,overall evaluation and suggestions for improvement of Fujian’s preferential policies to Taiwan.The results show that the current policies of benefiting Taiwan in Fujian Province have achieved remarkable results,but there are still some problems,such as strict standards for youth identification,inadequate policy publicity,slow progress of policy implementation,and difficult social integration of Taiwan youth.We should broaden the scope of policy application,improve the policy information service mode,strengthen the policy operability,develop social exchanges through multiple channels,further improve Taiwan youth support policies,promote the implementation of preferential policies,and attract more Taiwan youth to develop in Fujian.
