摘要
采用弱碱水溶液提取蚕砂染料,探讨了蚕砂染料的稳定性,考察了碳酸钠用量、提取温度及提取时间对蚕砂染料提取率的影响,采用提取的蚕砂染料对真丝织物进行染色,并优化染色工艺。结果表明,以4 g/L碳酸钠溶液为提取液,液料比为40∶1,95℃提取60 min后过滤、浓缩,干燥成粉,蚕砂染料得率为31.87%,染料性质较为稳定。优化的染色工艺为:蚕砂染料5%(omf)、pH 3、浴比1∶40、95℃染色50 min,在此条件下染色的真丝织物耐日晒色牢度为2~3级,其他色牢度均达到3级以上,且防紫外性能较好,对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抗菌能力。
Natural dye was extracted from silkworm sand with weak alkali solution.The stability of silk⁃worm sand dye was discussed.The effects of sodium carbonate dosage,extraction temperature and extrac⁃tion time on extraction rate of silkworm sand dye were investigated.The silk was dyed with the extracted silk⁃worm sand dye,and the optimized dyeing process was obtained.The results showed that the extraction solu⁃tion was 4 g/L sodium carbonate solution,the ratio of liquid to material was 40∶1,the extraction was carried out at 95℃for 60 min,then filtered,concentrated and dried into powder.The yield of silkworm sand dye was 31.87%,and the property of dye was relatively stable.The optimal dyeing processes were as follows:silk⁃worm sand dye 5%(omf),pH 3,bath ratio 1∶40,dyeing temperature 95℃,dyeing time 50 min.Under these conditions,the color fastness to light of dyed silk fabric was of grade 2~3,the other color fastness also could reach above grade 3,had good anti-UV performance and showed good antibacterial ability to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.
