单线铁路预制拼装桥墩设计探索 被引量:4

摘要 相比传统的现浇施工工艺,预制拼装技术在质量控制、施工速度、环境保护等方面具有一定优势。为研究铁路预制拼装桥墩最适宜的结构体系和连接方案,以某单线铁路32 m简支梁桥为研究对象,结合铁路桥梁设计特点及预制拼装桥墩施工工艺,对比分析了铁路预制拼装桥墩的不同结构体系、连接方案、墩身截面形式,研究表明:铁路预制拼装桥墩适宜采用双柱式桥墩,墩柱设计为矩形实体截面,墩柱与承台采用锥套锁紧钢筋接头连接并配合后浇少量湿接缝混凝土,墩柱与盖梁采用灌浆波纹管连接方案。初步探索铁路预制拼装桥墩结构设计,为预制拼装桥墩技术在铁路桥梁建设中的推广提供参考。 Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ construction method,precast assembly technology has some advantages in quality control,construction speed,environmental protection and other aspects.In order to study the most suitable structural system and connection scheme of railway prefabricated bridge piers,this paper takes the 32 m span simply supported girder bridge of a railway as research object.Combining the design characteristics of railway bridges and the construction technology of prefabricated piers,this paper analyzes the differences of structural system,connection schemes and section form.The research shows that the double column type pier is suitable for prefabricated bridge pier;the section is designed in a rectangular solid form;the pier and the cap are connected by steel joint with taper sleeve locking,and a small amount of wet joint concrete is poured after joint fitting;and the grouting bellows connecting scheme is adopted for pier column and cover beam.This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the structural design of railway prefabricated bridge piers,which provides some reference for the popularization of prefabricated bridge piers technology in railway bridge construction.
