摘要
目的观察红花逍遥片联合乳根穴穴位注射地塞米松对哺乳期急性乳腺炎不同分期患者血清白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及预后的影响。方法选择2016年3月—2019年3月在河北省直属机关第一门诊部治疗的哺乳期急性乳腺炎不同分期(急性炎症初期、积乳包块期、炎性肿块期)患者178例,按就诊序号将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组89例。对照组患者给予乳根穴穴位注射地塞米松、头孢呋辛静滴及乳房按摩、微波治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予红花逍遥片口服。观察2组不同分期患者治疗前及治疗3 d后血WBC计数、PCT、CRP变化,统计2组痊愈时间,随访6个月2组患者复发和停止哺乳情况。结果治疗3 d后,2组急性炎症初期、积乳包块期和炎性肿块期患者血清WBC计数及PCT、CRP水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各期患者血清WBC计数及PCT、CRP水平均明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组不同分期患者痊愈时间均明显短于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组急性炎症初期、积乳包块期和炎性肿块患者复发率和停止哺乳率均明显低于同期对照组患者(P均<0.05)。结论红花逍遥片联合乳根穴穴位注射地塞米松能够快速控制哺乳期急性乳腺炎不同分期患者炎症反应,缩短痊愈时间,降低复发率和停止哺乳率。
Objective It is to observe the effects of Honghua Xiaoyao tablets combined with injection of dexamethasone at acupoint Rugen on the levels of serum white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and the prognosis of lactating patients with acute mastitis in different stages.Methods 178 cases of lactating patients with acute mastitis at different stages(initial acute inflammation,milk accumulation stage,inflammatory mass stage)were selected from March 2016 to March 2019 in the First Outpatient Department of Departments under Hebei Province.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to their treatment order number,with 89 cases in each group.The atients in the control group were given dexamethasone by acupoint injection at at Rugen point,cefuroxime by intravenous infusion,breast massage,and microwave therapy.The observation group was given Honghua Xiaoyao tablets orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The changes of blood WBC counts,PCT,and CRP of the patients in the two groups were observed before treatment,3 days after treatment,the recovery time of the 2 groups was counted,and the recurrence and stopping breastfeeding of the 2 groups were followed up for 6 months.Results After 3 days of treatment,the levels of serum WBC counts,PCT,and CRP of the patients at every stage in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the levels of serum WBC counts,PCT and CRP were significantly lower than those of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The recovery time of patients in different stages of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After follow-up for 6 months,the recurrence rate and stopping breastfeeding rate of patients in every stage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion Honghuaxiaoyao tablets combined with Rugen point injection of dexamethasone can quickly control the i
