摘要
汉宣帝是汉武帝曾孙,自幼长在民间,对吏治得失有直观感受。他亲政后励精图治,非常重视吏治建设,以褒扬吏治为初衷,大幅提高基层官吏俸禄,建立了一套相对灵活完善的奖惩制度。在他和众多官吏的努力下,汉朝因而中兴,这些举措更对后世产生了深远影响。
Emperor Xuan of the Han Dynasty is the great-grandson of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty.He grew up in the folk.He has an intuitive feeling about the gain and loss of official administration.Emperor Xuan of the Han Dynasty made great efforts to govern after he took over the reign of the government.He attached great importance to the administration of officials.With the original intention of commending officials,he greatly increased the salaries of grass-root officials and established a relatively flexible and perfect reward and punishment system.With the joint efforts of him and his officials,the Han Dynasty became stronger.These measures have a far-reaching impact on future generations.
