摘要
解决农村生活污水处理难题,改善农村居住环境卫生,是中央提出的社会主义新农村建设的目标和要求之一。随着城乡一体化进程的推进和新农村建设步伐的加快,农村生活污水处理已成为农村环保工作的重要组成部分。即墨撤市变区后迎来了新的发展契机,但是农村多数缺少甚至没有污水处理设施,大量污水未经处理就近直接排放到田园、河道内,导致部分河流、水库、农田受到不同程度的污染,这直接影响到即墨区创建美丽乡村建设的成效。针对即墨区农村生活污水处理设施现状进行了调研与总结,分析了即墨区农村生活污水处理的现状及问题,认为农村污水管理存在着环保意识不强、资金投入不足、管理不健全等问题,并积极提出了可行的治理对策。
Solving the problem of rural domestic sewage treatment and improving rural living environment sanitation is one of the goals and requirements of the construction of a new socialist countryside proposed by the central government.With the advancement of the process of urban-rural integration and the acceleration of the construction of a new countryside,rural domestic sewage treatment has become an important part of rural environmental protection.Jimo has ushered in new development opportunities after the city’s relocation.However,most of the rural areas lack or even no sewage treatment facilities.A large amount of sewage is directly discharged into the countryside and rivers without treatment,causing some rivers,reservoirs and farmlands to be polluted to varying degrees.This directly affects the effectiveness of the construction of beautiful villages in Jimo District.This paper investigates and summarizes the status quo of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in Jimo District,analyzes the status and problems of rural domestic sewage treatment in Jimo District,and believes that rural sewage management has problems such as poor environmental protection awareness,insufficient capital investment,and poor management.And actively put forward feasible treatment countermeasures.
