Determination of 12 Pesticide Residues in Tea by QuEChERS Method Combined with High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 基于茶叶中农药残留已成为制约我国茶叶出口的一大瓶颈,建立了一种可快速高效检测茶叶中农药残留量的方法。采用QuEChERS法结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,考察了甲萘威、涕灭威、克百威、灭多威、茚虫威、抗蚜威、氯唑磷、内吸磷、灭线磷、吡虫啉、多菌灵和氧乐果等12种农药在茶叶中的残留情况。在2~100ng/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r2均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.260~11.5μg/kg,定量限为0.864~38.5μg/kg,平均回收率在72.5%~118.8%,RSD值在1.3%~8.1%。 Based on the fact that pesticide residues in tea have become a bottleneck restricting the export of tea in China,this study aims to establish a rapid and efficient method for the determination of pesticide residues in tea.The residues of carbaryl,aldicarb,carbofuran,methomyl,indoxacarb,imidacloprid,carbendazim,Omethoate,imidacloprid,carbendazim and Omethoate in tea were investigated by QuEChERS and HPLC-MS/MS.The linear range was 2-100ng/mL,the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.260~11.5μg/kg,the limit of quantification was 0.864~38.5μg/kg,the average recovery was 72.5~118.8%,RSD was 1.3~8.1%.
