摘要
对学前教育专业学生核心素养的发展进行分析。学前教育专业学生核心素养发展的具体路径主要包括增设人文必修课,加强对学生思想道德素质的培养,完善人才培养方案的课程设置,完善教学评价机制。增设人文必修课是设置通识类课程和双创课程,让学生将所学的批判理论知识和实践能力有机统一起来,不断总结所学、所思,进而提升学前教育专业学生的自我批判能力。加强对学生思想道德素质的培养是结合教材对学生进行有效引导,创新课程思政教学模式,注重理论与实践的结合。完善人才培养方案的课程设置是以核心素养培养为中心,保障课程内容和课时分配的科学性、合理性,确保课程设置之间具有连续性。在完善教学评价机制过程中,可以请行业的指导教师在多元评价体系中进行评价,使评价结果更具有全面性。要认识到核心素养培养对学前教育专业学生的重要性,帮助学生能够正确认知幼儿心理。
The research analyzes the student core literacy development of preschool education major.The specific pathway of student core literacy development of preschool education major mainly includes increasing the construction of compulsory courses of humanities,strengthening the training of student ideological and ethical standards,perfecting the curriculum provision of talent training scheme and improving teaching evaluation mechanism.In the process of increasing the construction of the compulsory courses of humanities,general,and mass entrepreneurship and innovation courses should be setup to make students organically unify critically theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and continuously summarize the knowledge,in order to improve the self-criticism ability of preschool education major.In the process of strengthening student ideological ethic quality training,we should effectively guide through combining with teaching material,innovate course ideological teaching model,and focus on the combination of theory and practice.In the process of perfecting the course construction of talent training,we should focus on core literacy training,guarantee the science and rationality of course content and class hour distribution,and insure the continuity of curriculum provision.In the process of perfecting teaching evaluation mechanism,we can invite faculty adviser to evaluate in multiple evaluation system to make evaluation results more comprehensive.In all,we should realize the importance of core literacy training in preschool education major,to help student correctly perceive infant psychology.
