摘要
蓄热储能装置是太阳能供热系统中不可或缺的一环。该文设计了一种基于蓄热球的相变储热水箱,其内部含有均流孔板和蓄热球隔层板,蓄热球内封装复合氯化钙作为储热单元,搭建了一套试验测试平台,在水箱初始温度30℃的工况下,对比分析不同进水温度80℃、85℃、90℃和不同进水流量0.1 m^3/h、0.2 m^3/h、0.3 m^3/h下的相变储热水箱的蓄热特性,同时分析了在进水流量0.3 m^3/h下,恒定进水温度40℃和变进水温度下的相变储热水箱的放热特性,实验结果表明:蓄热水箱内换热流体(Heat Transfer Fluid,简称HTF)下进上出的结构,使得其蓄热过程中水箱内温度分布比较均匀,避免了相变材料(Phase Change Material,简称PCM)相变“死区”的存在,使其放热过程中水箱温度分层较好,保证了热水源源不断从出口流出;在其他工况相同的条件下,蓄热水箱的蓄热时间随着进水温度和进水流量的增加不断减少;在放热工况下,变进水温度放热完成的时间也比恒进水温度放热时多1.7倍。
Thermal storage devices are an integral part of solar heating systems.In this paper,a phase change hot water storage tank based on heat storage balls is designed.The inside contains a current-sharing orifice plate and a heat storage ball partition plate.The heat storage ball is encapsulated with composite calcium chloride as a heat storage unit.Set of test and test platforms,under the working condition of the initial temperature of the water tank at 30℃,compare and analyze different inlet water temperatures of 80℃,85℃,90℃and different inlet water flows of 0.1 m^3/h,0.2 m^3/h,and 0.3 m^3/h The heat storage characteristics of the phase-change hot-water storage tank are analyzed,and the heat-release characteristics of the phase-change hot-water storage tank at a constant inlet water temperature of 40℃and the variable inlet water temperature at an inlet flow rate of 0.3 m^3/h are also analyzed.The results show that the structure of the heat transfer fluid(HTF)in and out of the hot water storage tank makes the temperature distribution in the water tank uniform during the heat storage process,avoiding the phase change material Phase Change Material,abbreviated as The existence of the“dead zone”of phase change makes the temperature of the water tank better during the exothermic process,which ensures that the hot water flows continuously from the outlet.Under other conditions,the thermal storage of the hot water tank The time continuously decreases with the increase of the inlet water temperature and the inlet water flow;under exothermic conditions,the time Water temperature is also more time to complete the exothermic 1.7 times than the constant water temperature in the heat.
