冠醚对苯乙烯无皂乳液聚合反应机理的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过在苯乙烯无皂乳液聚合体系中加入两种不同冠醚得到了粒径差别悬殊的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米粒子,用透射电镜观察纳米粒子形貌和尺寸;凝胶渗透色谱法测定组成纳米粒子的聚合物相对分子质量;气相色谱法测定单体转化率。与不加冠醚的苯乙烯无皂乳液聚合相比,18-冠-6的加入使PS纳米粒子尺寸增加1倍;12-冠-4的加入却使PS纳米粒子尺寸下降了82%,说明冠醚的加入对苯乙烯无皂乳液聚合具有重要影响。 Combined with scientific research achievement,an exploratory polymer chemistry experiment of "Effect of Crown Ethers on the Mechanism of Styrene Soap-free Emulsion Polymerization"was designed. Monodisperse polystyrene nanoparticles with obviously different particle sizes were prepared with addition of two different crown ethers. The morphology and size of particles were observed by transmittance electron microscopy (TEM),the molecular weight of PS composed of nanoparticles was measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC),and the monomer conversion was measured by gas chromatography (GC). Compared with styrene soap-free emulsion polymerization without crown ethers,the diameter of PS nanoparticles is doubled after the addition of 18-crown-6,whereas the value is decreased 82% with the presence of 12-crown-4.
