摘要
目的探讨益气养阴汤联合吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)对肾病综合征(NS)患者肾功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月~2019年4月在我院治疗的60例NS患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组服用泼尼松联合MMF治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用益气养阴汤,详细记录并比较两组治疗前后的肾功能指标水平及治疗总有效率,其中肾功能指标包括尿蛋白量、血尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(SCr)。结果两组治疗后,观察组的尿蛋白量、BUN、SCr水平低于对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对NS患者进行益气养阴汤与糖皮质激素联合联合MMF治疗,可有效地改善糖皮质激素副作用,减少尿蛋白定量,改善其肾功能,提高临床疗效,应用价值较高,建议推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil(MMF)on renal function in patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods A total of 60 patients with NS who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Prednison and MMF.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the renal function indexes before and after treatment and the total effective rate were recorded and compared in detail.The indexes of renal function included urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr).Results After treatment,the levels of urine protein,BUN and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction and MMF can effectively improve the renal function,improve the clinical efficacy,and have a high value of application.It is recommended to vigorously promote.
