摘要
目的:运用磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)脑功能成像,初步探讨针刺阑尾穴对大脑皮质功能的影响。方法:选取健康志愿受试者11例,运用血氧水平依赖法(blood oxygenation level dependent,BOLD),在针刺受试者一侧阑尾穴时,分别进行针刺前后MRI脑功能成像,以受试者针刺前图像为背景,观察受试者针刺穴位后脑功能图像上出现的脑皮质激活区域。结果:受试者在针刺左侧阑尾穴后,右侧额叶皮质激活率100.0%,左侧额叶皮质激活率72.7%,颞叶、枕叶、顶叶、基底节区等部位的大脑皮质激活率均低于50.0%。结论:针刺阑尾穴后能激活相应的脑功能区,从而增强阑尾的蠕动、排空。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture at Lanwei(EX-LE7)on cerebral cortex function by brain functional imaging of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods:A total of 11 healthy volunteers were selected.Blood oxygen level dependent(BOLD)method was used to conduct MRI brain functional imaging before and after acupuncture at one side of Lanwei point.Taking the pre-acupuncture images of subjects as the background,the activated areas of cerebral cortex on the brain functional images of subjects after acupuncture were observed.Results:After receiving acupuncture at the left Lanwei point,the activation rate of right frontal cortex was 100.0%,while that of left frontal cortex was 72.7%,and that of cerebral cortex in temporal lobe,occipital lobe,parietal lobe and basal ganglia was all lower than 50.0%.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Lanwei points can activate the corresponding brain functional areas,thus enhancing the peristalsis and emptying of the appendix.
