摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的发展和进步,我国的水处理科学技术也取得了长足的进步。各种先进的水处理技术也逐渐广泛应用在各行各业的废水处理项目中。膜法处理技术是目前应用广泛的一种较为先进的水处理技术,其在钢铁废水回用中的应用水平也在不断地提升。基于此,论文结合实际案例,介绍了钢铁厂废水的水质情况及膜法处理技术的概况,对膜法处理技术在钢铁厂废水回用中的应用流程以及设计优化和系统整体设计优化方面进行了分析。
In recent years,with the development and progress of China's economy,China's water treatment science and technology has also made great progress.Various advanced water treatment technologies are also gradually widely used in wastewater treatment projects in various industries.Membrane treatment technology is a kind of advanced water treatment technology which is widely used at present,and its application level in iron and steel wastewater reuse is improving continuously.Based on this,the paper introduces the water quality of wastewater from iron and steel plant and the general situation of membrane treatment technology combined with the actual cases,and analyzes the application process of membrane treatment technology in the waste water reuse of steel works as well as design optimization and overall design optimization of the system.
