摘要
随着我国经济的迅猛发展,对于电力企业的要求也越来越严格,电力企业为了确保工业用电和居民日常用电的稳定性,应当针对企业内部可能产生的风险制定详细的处理方案,通过在电力企业的各个环节中加强风险管理,从而保证电力企业能够更好地为人民服务。而电力企业在物资采购中也会存在采购风险,因此,必须对其进行科学管理,完善电力企业的物资采购流程,在降低电力损耗的同时规避采购风险的发生。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the requirements for power enterprises are becoming more and more strict.In order to ensure the stability of industrial power consumption and daily electricity consumption of residents,the power enterprises should formulate detailed treatment plans for the risks that may arise within the enterprise.By strengthening risk management in all links of the power enterprise,so as to ensure that the power enterprise can better serve the people.In material procurement,power enterprises also have procurement risk.Therefore,they must conduct scientific management on it,improve the material procurement process of power enterprises,so as to avoid the occurrence of procurement risk while reducing power loss.
