摘要 水产品中富含维生素与蛋白质,是人类摄入动物性蛋白的一种关键来源,受到了世界各国的广泛喜爱。近些年来,我国水产养殖业获得迅猛发展,其日益呈现出规模化与集约化发展趋势,这有效推动了渔业的可持续发展,获得更好的经济效益。然而,同时也产生了许多的水产品质量问题,影响了社会民众的健康与安全,也影响了渔业的兴衰。所以,必须要全面分析水产品质量安全问题,找到其根源所在,采取针对性的应对措施。本文主要对产生水产品安全问题的根源与防控措施进行分析,仅供参考。 Aquatic products are rich in vitamins and proteins,which are a key source for humans to ingest animal protein,so they are widely loved by countries all over the world.In recent years,my country’s aquaculture industry has developed rapidly,and it has increasingly shown a trend of large-scale and intensive development,which effectively promotes the sustainable development of fisheries and obtains more economic benefits.However,at the same time,there are many aquatic product quality problems,which will affect the health and safety of the public and the prosperity and decline of fishery.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the quality and safety of aquatic products,find the root cause,and take targeted countermeasures.This article mainly analyzes the root causes and prevention and control measures of aquatic product safety issues for reference only.
