摘要
介绍了水锤现象及其种类和危害,讲述了水锤的理论与发生过程,列举了直接水击发生的判定和发生水锤时管道压力升高等公式,分析了硫磺制酸厂发生的水锤现象,从设备及阀门选型、管道系统设计、非恒定/瞬态水力过渡计算、设置减轻增压与防止负压的水锤防治设施、按规程操作巡检等方面提出了预防和降低水锤危害的措施与建议。
Water hammer phenomenon and its type and hazards are introduced.Water hammer theory and its occurrence process are described.Some formulas are listed,such as the judgment of direct hydraulic shock happening,the pressure rise of piping system when water hammer occurs,etc.Water hammer examples in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are analysist.Suggestions and method of water hammer prevention and hazard reduction are proposed,such as type selection of equipment and valve,piping system design,hydraulic transition calculation of unsteady flow,facilities setting of extra pressure relief and negative pressure prevention,operation and onsite inspection according to regulations,etc.
