摘要
本文采用个体采样法采集工作场所空气中的锰和铅元素,同时使用石墨炉原子吸收法测定锰元素,检出限为0.068μg/L。该方法在0~0.050 mg/L锰与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998,加标回收率在97%以上。铅的检出限为0.106μg/L,该方法在0~20.00 mg/L铅与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.997,加标回收率在98%,符合检测要求。
In this paper,individual sampling method is used to collect manganese and lead in the air of the workplace,and the graphite furnace atomic absorption method is used to determine manganese.The detection limit is 0.068μg/L.This method shows a good linear relationship between 0—0.050 mg/L manganese and absorbance,and the correlation coefficient is 0.998,and the recovery rates of standard addition is above 97%.The detection limit of lead is 0.106μg/L.This method shows a good linear relationship between 0—20.00 mg/L lead and absorbance,the correlation coefficient is 0.997,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 98%,which meets the detection requirements.
