摘要
为了评估客车的操纵稳定性能,以金龙KLQ6122B空气悬架客车为例,通过分析客车前后悬架的结构及安装关系,建立单轮模型即二自由度1/4空气悬架客车模型。根据牛顿法求解客车模型的微分方程,用Matlab/Simulink编程后,绘制出车身垂向加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷3个影响操稳性的图形,并且经过仿真数据求出3个因素的均方根值。通过仿真结果及评价指标来分析该车辆的操稳性。
In order to evaluate the handling stability performance of the bus,this paper takes the KLQ6122B air suspension bus of Jinlong as an example.By analyzing the structure of the front and rear suspension of the bus,as well as the installation relationship,a single wheel model is built,namely a two degree of freedom 1/4 air suspension bus model.The Newton method is used to solve the differential equation of the bus model.After programming by using Matlab/Simulink,three figures of the body vertical acceleration,the suspension dynamic stroke and the tire dynamic load are drawn,and the root mean square values of the three factors are calculated through the data.The stability of the vehicle is analyzed by simulation results and evaluation indexes.
