摘要
明确代森联及其代谢物乙撑硫脲在番茄中的残留情况及对人体的膳食摄入风险。建立了代森联及其代谢物乙撑硫脲在番茄中的残留分析方法。在0.05~5mg/kg添加水平下,代森联和乙撑硫脲在番茄中的平均回收率为77%~105%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~9%。代森联和乙撑硫脲在番茄中的定量限分别为0.1mg/kg和0.05mg/kg。应用建立方法对全国十二地番茄样品中代森联和乙撑硫脲进行了检测。结果表明:代森联按照495g a.i./ha用量,在番茄上喷雾施药3次,施药间隔7d,距末次施药后间隔7d和10d采样,番茄中代森联的最大残留量分别为0.78mg/kg和0.39mg/kg。所有番茄最终样品中乙撑硫脲残留量均<最低检测浓度。代森联膳食摄入风险结果表明:代森联在所有登记作物中的总膳食摄入风险商(RQ)=0.95。膳食风险在可接受范围,说明按照推荐剂量使用代森联在番茄中残留不会对我国人体健康产生影响。
To evaluate the residue of metiram and its metabolite ethylene thiourea in tomato and the dietary risk,a supervised trial was conducted.At different treatment levels(0.05~5mg/kg),the average recovery rates of metiram and ethylene thiourea in tomato ranged from 77%to 105%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranged from 0.7%to 9%.The limits of quantification(LOQ)for metiram and ethylene thiourea in tomato were 0.1mg/kg and 0.05mg/kg,respectively.The residues of metiram and ethylene thiourea in tomato samples collected from 12 regions in China were determined,and the dietary exposure risk of the two compounds was evaluated with the dietary intake of tomato.The ultimate residues of metiram in tomato were determined as 0.78mg/kg and 0.39mg/kg in tomatoes after 7d and 10d of treatment respectively,at the application levels of 495g a.i./ha for 3 times with the interval of 7days.The residues of ethylene thiourea in tomato were found to be lower than the method limit(0.05mg/kg).On this basis,the dietary exposure risk of metiram was assessed.The total RQ values for metiram in all registered crops were 0.95.Therefore it can be concluded that metiram residues in tomato would not affect the health of the general population in China at the recommended dose.
