摘要
网络技术发展应用与网络意识形态安全呈现出共轭与融通的耦合关系。新时期,应从价值逻辑的向度审视网络意识形态安全建构的理论旨趣和实践旨归,以源头治理、依法治理和综合治理为抓手建构网络意识形态安全的路径,筑牢马克思主义理论在网络意识形态领域的主导地位,夯实网络意识形态安全的法治保障,建构基于价值共识的多主体协同共治的网络意识形态安全治理共同体。
The development and application of network technology and the security of network ideology present a coupling relationship of conjugation and integration.In the new era,it needs to examine the theoretical interest and practical objectives of the network ideology security construction from the perspective of the logic of value.And a multi-agent collaborative governance community needs to be built based on the consensus of values,by starting from source governance,law-based governance and comprehensive governance,focusing on the dominating role of Marxism,and strengthening the rule of law.
