深基坑水中承台引孔钢板桩围堰的设计与施工 被引量:16

摘要 为解决钢板桩难以插入泥岩层及大粒径卵石层等问题,提出运用旋挖钻引孔技术解决复杂地质下钢板桩插打的技术难题。相关技术应用于新建项目海东市空港北路2号桥主桥Z6#、Z7#、Y5#、Y6#主墩深基坑水中承台钢板桩围堰施工,成功实现了深基坑水中承台引孔钢板桩围堰合龙。该项技术对同类型复杂地质下钢板桩围堰施工具有借鉴意义。 In order to solve the key problem that it is difficult for the steel plate pile to be inserted into the mudstone layer and the large-diameter pebble layer,in this paper,it has been put forward to use rotary drilling and drilling technology to solve the technical problem of inserting the steel plate pile in complicated geological conditions.Relevant technology has been applied to the construction of the new project of main bridge Z6#,Z7#,Y5#,Y6#main pier deep foundation pit underwater steel plate pile cofferdam in the newly built project of Konggang Northern Road,Haidong City,which has achieved successful closing of the cofferdam.This technology is of guiding significance for the construction of steel plate pile cofferdams in the same complicated geological conditions.
