摘要
在互联网、大数据、人工智能等新技术不断发展的背景下,通过分析推进互联网交通服务平台的建设、发展"铁路+"综合交通服务以及完善多样化的产品与服务形式等德国铁路基于互联网的旅客全流程出行服务,从制定总体和分阶段服务计划、打造综合交通联营服务平台、形成一体便捷的服务形式和借助开放合作推动全流程出行服务发展等4个方面,剖析德国铁路旅客全流程出行服务的实践经验,提出做好分阶段的顶层服务设计、推动建设综合交通服务平台、设计开发多样化的服务形式和与其他企业合作促进全流程出行服务的创新发展等启示,有助于我国铁路探究全流程出行服务,推进铁路网和互联网双网融合发展。
With the evolution of new technologies such as the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence, various transportation modes have been developed rapidly and passengers demand better service accordingly. Therefore, it is the priority of the railway sector to provide its passengers with whole process service. This paper analyzes the Internet-based whole process travel service of German Railway from the construction of the Internet transportation service platform, the development of Railway Plus integrated transportation service and the improvement of diversified products and services. The practices of German Railway’s whole process travel service are elaborated from four aspects: formulating overall and phased service plans, building a comprehensive transportation service platform, forming an integrated and convenient service form, and promoting the whole process travel service through open cooperation. The paper also concludes the enlightenment of phased top-level service design promoting the construction of a comprehensive transportation service platform, diversified service forms of design and development, and cooperation with other enterprises to promote the innovation and development of the whole process travel service. These strategies help China Railway explore the whole process travel service and promote the two-network fusion between railway network and Internet.
