胁痛病在临床上症状表现单一,现代医学诊断上不易明确,治疗精准性较差,疗效效果欠佳。吴文尧教授对中医胁痛病有自己的辨证思路和独特治法,现作者总结其治疗经验,并采撷其用中医治疗化脓性肝脓肿所致胁痛病案一则分享同道。
Flank pain has a single clinical symptom,and is not easy to be diagnosed clearly in modern medicine.The modern medicine shows poor efficacy.Professor Wu Wenyao has his own syndrome differentiation and unique treatment method for treating flank pain in TCM.Now,the experience was summarized and 1 case of treating flank pain caused by suppurative liver abscess in TCM was picked up.
