摘要
2020年初爆发了新冠肺炎疫情,广西各地县级融媒中心启动"战时"机制,全力以赴投入舆论引导、疫情防控、社情管控中,主动作为、守正创新、敢于担当,为打赢"防疫战"交出了合格答卷。这场疫情大考,对县级融媒中心下一步的发展势必产生特定的影响。文章分析了当前广西县级融媒体中心的发展现状,以及存在体制机制缺乏活力、绩效评估体系滞后、发展视野狭窄、缺乏集群优势、人才匮乏等问题,并针对这些问题,提出对策建议,为推进后疫情时期广西县级融媒中心可持续发展体系构建提供参考。
After the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, the county-level convergence media centers in Guangxi launched the "wartime" mechanism, making every effort in public opinion guidance, epidemic prevention and control, and social situation control. They took the initiative, upheld fairness and innovation, and shouldered responsibilities daringly, hence satisfactory performance in winning the "epidemic prevention war" in Guangxi. This challenging epidemic is bound to exert impacts on the future development of convergence media centers. This paper analyzes the current development of county-level convergence media centers in Guangxi, as well as some noteworthy shortcomings, such as the lack of vitality of systems and mechanisms, the under-developed performance evaluation system, the restricted vision of development, the lack of cluster advantage, and the shortage of talents. In view of these problems, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward accordingly, which are of reference value to the sustainable development system construction of Guangxi county-levelconvergence media centers in the post-epidemic period.
