摘要 城市不透水性评估是城市给水排水建设的重要参考,如何快速有效而准确地计算城市以及各个区域不透水性,从而评估容水能力一直是城市规划和建设中的难题。本研究以多源雷达遥感卫星的SAR遥感影像作为基础,利用SAR极化反射数值,通过城市地表各地类微波计划反射获得城市各个单位网格的材料吸波能力,建立生成分类器训练集和分类器测试集,反演各个反射度材料的不透水模型指数,最终获得各个地表的不透水性参数,绘制城市的不透水性分布图,为城市容水能力快速分析提供了一条可行捷径。该成果对于目前全国正在开展的"海绵城市"具有非常重要的参考价值。 The evaluation of urban impermeability is an important reference for the construction of urban water supply and drainage. How to calculate the impermeability of the city and each area quickly, effectively and accurately to evaluate the water capacity has always been a problem in urban planning and construction. In this study, SAR remote sensing technology is used to provide a feasible shortcut for rapid analysis of urban water capacity. In the research, based on the SAR remote sensing images of various remote sensing satellites, the material absorbing capacity of each unit grid in the city is obtained by using the SAR polarization reflectance through the microwave plan reflectance of various kinds of urban surface, the training set and test set of the classifier are established, the impermeability model index of the materials with each reflectance is inverted, and the impermeability parameters of each surface are finally obtained to make the impermeability distribution map of the city. It provides a feasible shortcut for the rapid analysis of urban water capacity. This achievement has a very important reference value for the "sponge city" which is developing in China.
