水性环氧乳化沥青含砂雾封层性能分析及应用 被引量:7

摘要 采用水性环氧树脂、乳化沥青、硅藻土和石英砂制备了水性环氧乳化沥青含砂雾封层,通过室内试验分析了其粘结性能、凝胶时间、耐磨性等。结果表明:水性环氧树脂掺量为30%时,含砂雾封层的粘结性能和耐磨性能最佳;凝胶时间得出环氧掺量不宜大于25%,因此水性环氧含砂雾封层的配比设计为水性环氧+固化剂∶乳化沥青∶石英砂∶硅藻土∶水=25∶100∶30∶8∶20。现场施工和检测结果表明水性环氧乳化沥青含砂雾封层的BPN均值为72,拉拔强度均值为2. 25 MPa,具有良好的抗滑性能、耐磨性,可用于钢桥桥面铺装的预防性养护。 Waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt containing sand fog seal was prepared by waterborne epoxy resin,emulsified asphalt,diatomite and quartz sand. The bonding properties,gel time and wear resistance were analyzed through laboratory tests. The results show that when the content of waterborne epoxy resin is 30%,the adhesion and wear resistance of the sand mist seal coat are the best. When the gel time is obtained,the epoxy content should not be greater than 25%. Therefore,the proportion of the waterborne epoxy sand mist seal coat is designed as waterborne epoxy + curing agent∶ emulsified asphalt∶ quartz sand∶ diatomite∶water = 25∶ 100∶ 30∶ 8∶ 20. The results of field construction and test show that the average BPN and pull-out strength of water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt with sand mist seal are 72 and 2. 25 MPa respectively,which have good skid resistance and wear resistance,and can be used for preventive maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement.
