摘要
针对给水系统弹性需要增强以更好应对自然灾害这一问题,建立一种给水系统弹性多维度评价体系。对影响系统弹性的各指标进行评估分析以完善体系的变量。建立体系的概念框架以及评价体系方法,指出评价体系确定了提高给水系统各个方面弹性的特定需求,为相关给水单位在灾害面前提供运营决策帮助,提高给水系统的整体弹性。
Aiming at the problem that the resilience of water supply system needs to be enhanced to better cope with natural disasters,a multi-dimensional evaluation system of water supply system resilience is established. Eevaluate and analyze the indicators that affect the flexibility of the system to improve the variables of the system. Establish the conceptual framework of the system,and establish the evaluation system method. The evaluation system identifies specific needs for improving the flexibility of all aspects of the water supply system,and provides relevant water supply units with operational decision-making assistance in the face of disasters,and improves the overall flexibility of the water supply system.
