摘要
针对某火电厂锅炉炉水pH值显著下降至2.0的问题,采用化学和物理方法对异常现象进行原因分析,排除了磷酸盐隐藏和有机物漏入除盐水中,最终判定炉内投加的Na3PO4纯度没有达到分析纯的要求,引入杂质导致炉水pH值降低。处理时,先采取向炉水中投加NaOH措施,迅速提高pH值至9.6避免热力设备发生腐蚀,然后加入化验合格的分析纯磷酸盐,锅炉重新启动运行6 h后,炉水pH值稳定在合格范围内。
In view of the significant decline in pH value of boiler water in a thermal power plant,chemical and physical methods are used to analyze the cause of abnormal phenomena.By eliminating the hidden phosphate and leakage of organic matter into the demineralized water,it is finally determined that the Na3PO4 added in the furnace can not reach analytical purity requirements,introducing impurities resulted in a decrease in the pH value of the boiler water.Add NaOH to the boiler water to quickly increase the pH value to 9.6,avoiding corrosion of thermal equipment and then add test qualified reagents.After the boiler restarts and has been running for 6 hours,the pH value of the boiler water is stable within the qualified range.
