摘要
STATCOM是灵活柔性交流输电系统的重要组成部分,兼具感性和容性无功功率补偿功能。以内蒙古某新能源汇集地区电网为例,针对电网结构特点及存在的电压越限风险,仿真分析了在风电功率波动及电网N-1故障下,接入大容量STATCOM对该地区电网电压的影响情况。仿真结果表明,在新能源汇集站配置大容量STATCOM,可有效降低风电功率波动及电网故障造成的地区电网电压越限风险;在电网侧配置大容量STATCOM,可弥补因风电场侧动态无功补偿装置投运率不足造成的系统电压调节灵活性低等问题。
STATCOM is an important part of flexible AC transmission system,which has both inductive and capacitive reactive power compensation functions.The influence of connecting large capacity STATCOM on the grid voltage in the region under the wind power fluctuation and grid N-1 fault is simulated and analyzed for a new energy gathering area power grid in Inner Mongolia according to the structural characteristics of the power grid and the risk of voltage over-limit.The results show that the configuration of large-capacity STATCOM in the new energy collection station reduces the risk of wind power fluctuation and regional voltage over-limit caused by grid faults effectively.The problem of low regulation flexibility of system voltage caused by insufficient operation rate of the dynamic reactive power compensation device on the wind farm side is solved with the large-capacity STATCOM on the grid side.
